Privacy

This is a personal academic website. It has no user accounts, comments, contact forms, advertising or analytics, it does not track you, and it sets no cookies. Everything the pages need, including fonts and scripts, is served from this site itself.

What is recorded

Hosting logs. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. When you visit, GitHub records your IP address for security purposes, as any web host does. I have no access to these logs. GitHub’s handling of this data is described in the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

Display preference. The site saves its light or dark display setting in your browser’s local storage, so it stays the same between visits. This setting stays on your device and is never sent to me or anyone else. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.

Links to other sites

Links to other sites, such as Google Scholar, ORCID, SSRN or journal pages, take you to services that have their own privacy policies.
